When Esper S. Bellinger opened his real estate office in 1948, his objective was to provide quality service in both real estate and property management. During the next 31 years, the company prospered and he sold and managed millions of dollars of real estate and income property.

In 1979, Mr. Bellinger decided to do a "little more fishing." Since then Dwight E. Roberts has served as broker and President of BSR Realty Inc. Over the years, he has developed, managed and sold residential income properties and single family homes in Alameda and Contra Costa counties. His active involvement in real estate, business and community organizations has strengthened the company's reputation as a leader in the area.
